Rakhi & Co. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through rakhiandco.com, why we collect it, how it's used, and the rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

1. What we collect

At this stage, the site is a waitlist and editorial platform — we do not yet process payments or shipping details. What we currently collect:

By submitting your email through the waitlist form, you consent to us processing it for the purposes described above, in line with the DPDP Act. You may withdraw this consent at any time — see Section 6 below.

4. Where your data is stored

Waitlist emails are stored and managed using Zoho Campaigns, an email marketing platform. Zoho processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy standards. We do not store waitlist data on our own servers separately.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the waitlist or our communications. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal reasons.
